The publication, prepared in collaboration with the Canadian Center for Philanthropy (now Imagine Canada), the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Society of Association Executives, has become a standard in the voluntary sector and makes an excellent addition to any board manual. It includes an entire chapter on the taxation rules which apply to non-profits and charities.
